About the Role
DISANTINO seeks a self-driven Independent Business Development Executive to expand its premium bottled water brand across UAE HORECA accounts. You will leverage existing relationships to secure placements in fine dining, luxury hotels, and elite lifestyle venues.

Responsibilities
- Identify and secure pouring/placement opportunities across fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, premium beach clubs, and elite lifestyle sectors
- Research, pitch, and secure agreements with regional B2B distributors, sub distributors, and specialized food service suppliers
- Leverage existing networks to fast track outreach and turn cold opportunities into warm introductions and active partnerships
- Build and maintain long term commercial relationships with F&B directors, luxury venue managers, and culinary decision makers
- Represent DISANTINO at client meetings, private tastings, and luxury events with professionalism
- Provide market feedback on pricing and positioning to help optimize go to market strategies
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within UAE HORECA or food service distribution
- Established network of relationships with F&B Directors, Hospitality General Managers, Culinary Directors, or Procurement Managers across luxury venues
- Professional, polished presence with ability to pitch a luxury brand
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required
- Strong self discipline and entrepreneurial drive for commission driven freelance role
- Bachelor's degree required
- UAE work visa required

- We are seeking a sharp, self driven Independent Business Development Executive to expand DISANTINO’s footprint across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure pouring/placement opportunities across fine dining restaurants, luxury hotels, premium beach clubs, and elite lifestyle sectors.
- Research, pitch, and secure agreements with regional B2B distributors, sub distributors, and specialized food service suppliers.
- Leverage existing networks to fast track outreach, turning cold market opportunities into warm introductions and active partnerships.
- Build and maintain strong, long term commercial relationships with F&B directors, luxury venue managers, and culinary decision makers.
- Represent DISANTINO at client meetings, private tastings, and luxury events with confidence and refined professionalism.
- Provide market feedback on pricing and positioning to help optimize go to market strategies.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management within the UAE HORECA or food service distribution sectors.
- An established network of active relationships with F&B Directors, Hospitality General Managers, Culinary Directors, or Procurement Managers across luxury venues.
- Experience representing non competing premium or luxury B2B brands is highly valued.
- A professional, polished presence with an eye for design and contemporary aesthetics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a distinct advantage.
- Strong self discipline, time management, and entrepreneurial drive required to thrive in an independent, commission driven freelance role.
