LearnyKids seeks an experienced Independent Business Development Consultant to develop the UAE market for its personalized children's content. The role involves proactive business development, partnership creation, and local outreach to nurseries, schools, and family organizations.

Responsibilities
- Identify and approach relevant local partners: nurseries, schools, children's centres, activity providers, family clubs and family focused organisations
- Build relationships with local communities, family networks, educators and parents, online and in person
- Develop a digital presence for LearnyKids in the UAE through social media, online communities, parenting groups and relevant platforms
- Present the LearnyKids universe clearly and professionally to potential partners and audiences
- Create opportunities through LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp communities, local events, partnerships and direct relationship building
- Manage own pipeline of contacts and follow up independently and professionally across digital and local channels
- Identify and launch relevant initiatives: digital campaigns, local activations or partnership approaches to grow visibility
- Represent the LearnyKids brand with credibility, care and integrity across all channels
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in business development, sales, partnerships, education services, family services, events, consulting or entrepreneurship
- Based in Dubai or the UAE with an established local or professional network
- Comfortable approaching organizations directly, starting conversations, presenting a concept and following up professionally
- Experience building relationships, developing opportunities, managing client or partner conversations, or growing a project independently
- Genuine interest in children, families, creativity and positive learning experiences
