(IND) STAFF, SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are seeking for an experienced Staff Software Engineer to lead the design and development of robust Search Systems. In this role, you'll work across software development, backend engineering, and machine learning (ML) operations to deliver scalable, high-performing search solutions. You'll collaborate closely with data scientists to deploy and integrate machine learning models, optimize backend services, and shape the architecture of cutting-edge search systems.

Strong backend engineering and software development experience.

Hands-on expertise with ML systems, dev ops, and deploying machine learning models.

Experience working with data science teams on model integration.

Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) and cloud services.
