Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or a related program) or equivalent work experience
12+ Years of overall experience with 5+ years of management experience
Highly proficient in C, C++11/14. Experience in Shell-Script, Makefile, git, bug tracking tools.
Experience in Device driver/kernel-modules/u-boot/board-bring up/filesystem/memory management/SELinux, toolchain/makefile/cmake/build environment set-ups, dockers containerization, snapcraft.
Experience defining, developing, or contributing to validation and release processes, including automated testing either on-target or in simulation
Demonstrated ability to inspire, grow, and effectively manage a team of talented engineers
Interest in contributing to our product vision, engineering approach, and team culture
Experience in HAL layer, notification system, IPC multi-processing, multi-threading, debugging/core dump analysis.
Proven strong track record of shipping high-quality hardware and software at scale
You are a self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced, yet at times, ambiguous environment
You are a hard-working team player, with a "no task is too small" attitude
You are a creative problem-solver who digs into root causes analytically, instead of relying on intuition
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
