Inbound Sales Development - New Client Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• The Go-Getter: When a new lead comes in, you'll be on it in under three minutes. You'll use every tool in your arsenal—calls, texts, emails, and DMs—to make a connection and get the ball rolling.
• The Onboarding Maestro: You'll guide merchants through the entire application process, managing expectations, handling objections, and collecting all necessary documents and digital signatures. You'll be the conductor of a smooth, seamless onboarding experience.
• The Gatekeeper: You'll serve as our initial defense against fraud. You'll analyze key documents like financial statements and personal IDs to ensure applications are complete and secure before they move on.
• The Hub of Information: You’ll maintain immaculate records in our CRM system (Hubspot), because if it’s not in HubSpot, it didn't happen!
• We work with specific KPIs that are essential for our collective success. Your work will be all about speed and quality, ensuring our clients are set up for success from day one.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3-5 + years of B2B sales development or lead generation experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Tech-savvy and highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and a high volume of activity.

• Compensation: 1st Year Average OTE of $85,000 (Base Salary $70,000 + $15,000 Annual Incentives + Benefits).
