SONO Windows & Doors is seeking a confident, people-focused Client Relations and Inbound Sales Coordinator.
The role manages inbound WhatsApp messages, phone calls, customer enquiries, and lead qualification.
This is a front-facing inbound sales role, not a cold-calling position.
Responsibilities
- Respond to daily WhatsApp enquiries.
- Answer incoming phone calls.
- Make follow-up and customer service calls.
- Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
- Book qualified calls for the sales team.
- Handle complaints calmly and professionally.
- Keep customer details and follow-ups organized.
Requirements
- Excellent English and communication skills.
- Natural people skills and sales awareness.
- Excellent WhatsApp and phone communication.
- Confidence handling complaints and difficult conversations.
- Proactive, organized, and reliable work style.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to quickly learn the technical aspects of the glazing industry.
