Role Overview
The In-Store Trainer is a boutique field trainer responsible for identifying knowledge gaps and training needs with boutique department managers and directors.
The role is based on the shop floor and includes observation, feedback, coaching, performance monitoring, and delivery of boutique training programs.
Training and Coaching
- Deliver field training activities and programs, including a monthly Diorly team briefing calendar based on team gaps and needs.
- Observe sales associates on the shop floor and provide feedback and on-the-spot coaching.
- Monitor sales associate performance using KPIs, NPS, and customer experience reports.
Onboarding and Brand Culture
- Complete the in-boutique onboarding program for 100% of boutique new joiners.
- Ensure new joiners complete training on all Dior applications and retail platforms with selected onboarding partners.
- Deliver the full Brand Culture program to 100% of boutique new joiners within two months of joining or by the end of probation.
Requirements
- Ability to identify boutique knowledge gaps and training needs in collaboration with department managers and boutique directors.
