Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy enterprise-grade generative AI applications, APIs, and microservices.
• Optimize RAG pipelines and advanced search architectures to ground LLMs on proprietary enterprise data.
• Build multi-agent systems and autonomous workflows for complex business processes.
• Integrate commercial and foundational models through Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Implement responsible AI controls, content moderation, data privacy safeguards, and deployment guardrails.
• Establish LLM evaluation frameworks and production monitoring for latency, accuracy, bias, drift, and cost.
• Rapidly prototype proof-of-concepts for internal leaders and external clients.

Mandatory Qualifications

• The posting states 3–6 years of software development experience and separately states 4–7 years required.
• Deep Python proficiency and strong computer science fundamentals are required.
• Experience with secure RESTful or GraphQL API development using FastAPI, Flask, or Django is required.
• Hands-on experience with at least one major cloud platform AI ecosystem is required.
• SQL and NoSQL database proficiency is required.
• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or LangGraph and with vector databases or search engines is required.
• Prompt engineering, text embeddings, semantic search, advanced chunking, Docker, Kubernetes, Git-based CI/CD, and LLM monitoring experience are required.

Education

• A full-time BE, BTech, MTech, MCA, or MBA qualification is stated.
• Bachelor of Technology is separately listed as a required degree.

Preferred Skills

• Preferred skills include model fine-tuning with PEFT or LoRA using Hugging Face libraries.
• Preferred skills include graph databases such as Neo4j for GraphRAG implementations.
• Preferred skills include UI prototyping with Streamlit, Chainlit, or Gradio.
