Role overview
PwC's Advisory Operations practice is seeking a Senior Developer or Senior Associate for contact centre transformation and AI-driven automation.
The role focuses on scalable enterprise customer engagement platforms, conversational AI, and intelligent automation.
The position involves technical leadership, mentoring, architecture, and innovation across client solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end contact centre transformation solution architecture.
- Build voice bots, chatbots, email bots, and multilingual conversational AI solutions.
- Architect RAG knowledge bases, Agent Assist frameworks, and automated quality audit systems.
- Use Genesys, Avaya, Amazon Connect, Google CCAI, Azure Cognitive Services, AWS Lex, Kore.ai, and Yellow.ai.
- Integrate IVR, CRM, ticketing, and backend API systems.
- Develop with Python, Node.js, microservices, and API-first design.
- Lead CI/CD, containerization, and cloud-native deployment practices.
- Ensure enterprise security, scalability, resilience, compliance, and high availability.
- Mentor junior developers and align solutions with stakeholder goals.
