Role overview
PwC is seeking a senior developer for contact centre transformation and AI-driven automation.
The role focuses on enterprise customer engagement platforms, conversational AI, technical leadership, and mentoring.
Core responsibilities
- Architect end-to-end contact centre transformation solutions.
- Build voicebots, chatbots, email bots, and multilingual conversational AI solutions.
- Design RAG knowledge bases, agent-assist frameworks, and automated quality audit systems.
- Integrate solutions with IVR, CRM, ticketing, and backend API platforms.
- Develop with Python, Node.js, microservices, and API-first design.
- Lead CI/CD, GitOps, containerization, and cloud-native deployments.
- Ensure security, scalability, resilience, compliance, performance, and high availability.
- Mentor junior developers and align technical solutions with stakeholder and business goals.
Required qualifications
- Approximately 4–8 years of relevant experience; the source also lists a 4–7 year requirement.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or a related field.
- Advanced Python programming with asynchronous programming and API development experience.
- Experience with vector databases, embedding models, RAG pipelines, and knowledge retrieval systems.
