As a Senior Manager, you’re responsible for creating a positive environment of customer interactions that effectively drive achievement of performance goals and business priorities.

You help drive your store’s vision and purpose, develop other managers, and support the Store Leader with business strategies and critical decision making.

While a Senior Manager leads specific parts of the experience, you also help identify, analyze, and solve complex problems in partnership with Store Leader.
