Job Description & Summary

Responsibilities:

Build and customize ServiceNow HRSD (HR Service Delivery)/WSD (Workplace Service Delivery) workflows, forms, widgets, and portals.

Configure and manage HRSD modules such as Case and Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, and Lifecycle Events

Build custom applications, workflows, and solutions within the WSD suite, including modules for desk booking, visitor management, and space management.

HRSD/WSD, Custom Apps (App Engine), SecOps/GRC (IRM), Now Assist , CSDM, ITOM, ITAM, CSM, SPM. Platform

Develop integrations with other HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, Workday) using REST/SOAP.

Proficiency in ServiceNow HRSD/WSD and experience with core platform development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, Business Rules, Script Includes, etc.).

Integrations: Implement integrations with other security tools and systems using REST/SOAP APIs and Integration Hub.

ServiceNow HRSD/WSD certifications, such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) or Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified System Administrator (CSA)
