Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Provide SAP SD functional support for business and end users during daily operations.
• Analyze business processes and liaise with engineering, customer support, and cross-functional teams.
• Perform quality assurance, testing, documentation, and knowledge article creation.
• Support SAP ABAP debugging, reports, forms, ALE/IDoc, integrations, BADIs, BAPIs, SAP queries, and object-oriented programming.
• Follow release and change management processes and identify issue patterns for continuous improvement.

Mandatory Requirements

• At least 3 years of IT experience in SAP SD is stated in the mandatory skills section.
• The posting separately states a required experience range of 4-8 years.
• Working knowledge of SAP ABAP and debugging is required.
• Experience with SAP SD processes, SAP MM and FI integration, and SAP or non-SAP integrations is required.

Education and Preferred Qualifications
