Testing Responsibilities
- Oversee the software testing process and ensure product quality.
- Lead a team of QA engineers.
- Plan, design, and execute test strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Mandatory Skill Sets
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3–10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of SDLC and STLC.
- Experience with test management tools such as JIRA or TestRail.
- Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Selenium or Cypress.
- Understanding of API testing and performance testing.
