PwC Advisory is seeking a Senior Associate Java Developer for business application consulting and enterprise software delivery.
The role combines technical implementation, architecture, modernization, deployment, production support, and engineering guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementations across backend, frontend, integrations, deployment, and production support readiness.
- Design secure, resilient, scalable cloud applications aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
- Build Java and Spring Boot microservices using REST APIs, event-driven patterns, and clean service boundaries.
- Develop React.js interfaces using JavaScript or TypeScript and API-driven integration.
- Modernize legacy or monolithic applications into cloud-native platforms.
- Define technical approaches, estimate effort, guide engineering teams, and own delivery quality.
- Mentor developers on design, coding standards, testing, performance, and production readiness.
- Deploy applications with Docker and Kubernetes across cloud environments.
- Drive CI/CD, automated releases, configuration management, observability, and deployment governance.
- Troubleshoot production issues and improve application performance and reliability.
