Role overview
The role is a Senior Associate position in PwC Advisory business application consulting.
The work involves analyzing client needs, implementing software solutions, and providing training and support for business applications.
Responsibilities
- Design and build scalable cloud-native solutions using Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Apply agile methodologies, coding standards, code reviews, source control, build processes, test automation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Move code from development and testing through staging and production, and troubleshoot CI/CD issues.
- Perform unit, integration, system, and regression testing.
- Use monitoring and logging tools such as Splunk and Datadog.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or a related field.
- The posting lists 6–12 years of industry experience in one section and 5–8 years in another.
- Strong foundations in object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, databases, and distributed systems.
- Strong proficiency in Java 11 or above, Angular 14 or later, TypeScript, JavaScript, APIs, Spring Framework, and microservice architecture.
- Experience with cloud-native development, software testing, CI/CD, RDBMS, and MongoDB.
