Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Associate with expertise in Guidewire - Policy Center (PC) to join our team. This is a Full-Time Employee (FTE) role with a hybrid work environment. The role will be a part of a transformative project starting on July 20, 2026 , and concluding on March 31, 2027 . This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies within a collaborative and innovative team.

Responsibilities

  • Implement, configure, and customize the Guidewire Policy Center (PC) application to meet business requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Contribute to the overall design and development of Guidewire-based solutions.
  • Provide technical expertise and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in Guidewire technologies and incorporate them into project solutions.
  • Ensure timely delivery of project milestones while maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Experience & Qualifications
  • Required Experience : 4 to 8 years of relevant work experience in Guidewire PC implementation and development.
  • Proven expertise in Guidewire - Policy Center (PC) .
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Preferred Sector Expertise
  • While sector expertise is not specified, experience in insurance or similar domains where Guidewire is widely used would be advantageous .
  • Work Environment
  • Type : Hybrid (Combination of remote and on-site work as per project requirements).
  • Engagement : Full-time (100% resource allocation).
