Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, Falcon, or other foundation models.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models with domain-specific datasets and techniques.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies that produce accurate and context-aware model responses.
• Implement model pipelines with Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and LangChain.
• Implement agentic AI solutions using CrewAI, LangChain, or related orchestration tools.
• Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to productionize models on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Integrate GenAI into enterprise applications through APIs or custom interfaces.
• Evaluate model performance with quantitative and qualitative metrics and improve outputs iteratively.
• Keep current with GenAI research, foundation models, and open-source tools.

Mandatory Requirements

• 4–7 years of relevant experience is required.
• A Bachelor of Technology or equivalent B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA qualification is required.
• Generative AI, LLM, and transformer expertise is required.
• Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers expertise is required.
• Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP deployment is required.
• Experience with orchestration frameworks, REST APIs, ML pipeline tools, Git, and ML CI/CD is required.

Preferred Skills

• RAG and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate are preferred.
• Streamlit or Gradio prototyping experience is preferred.
• Docker and Kubernetes experience for model deployment is preferred.
• Data preprocessing, feature engineering, and NLP library experience are preferred.

Education
