Role Overview

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using large language models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, LLaMA, or Falcon.
• Fine-tune and customize foundation models using domain-specific datasets and techniques.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies for accurate and context-aware responses.
• Implement model pipelines using Python, PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, and orchestration frameworks.
• Implement agentic AI solutions using CrewAI, LangChain, or similar technologies.
• Collaborate with data engineering and MLOps teams to productionize GenAI models on Azure, AWS, or GCP.
• Use cloud AI platforms such as Azure AI Foundry or GCP Vertex AI where appropriate.
• Ensure model robustness, scalability, and compliance in deployment environments.
• Integrate GenAI capabilities into enterprise applications through APIs or custom interfaces.
• Evaluate model performance using quantitative and qualitative metrics and iterative experimentation.
• Stay current with GenAI, foundation model, and open-source technology research.

Mandatory Skill Sets

• Generative AI, large language models, and transformer architectures.
• Python, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
• LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• REST APIs, FastAPI, and Flask.
• ML pipeline tools such as MLflow and Weights & Biases.
• Git and CI/CD practices for machine learning, including Azure ML or SageMaker Pipelines.

Preferred Skill Sets

• RAG and vector databases such as FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate.
• Streamlit or Gradio for prototyping.
• Docker and Kubernetes for model deployment.
• Data preprocessing and feature engineering.
• NLP libraries such as spaCy, NLTK, or Transformers.

Experience and Education

• Four to seven years of relevant experience is required.
• A Bachelor of Technology degree is required; the posting also lists B.E., B.Tech, M.Tech, or MCA as education qualifications.
