Role Overview

Process Advisory Responsibilities

• Own retail banking processes from discovery and design through rollout and continuous improvement.
• Map and analyze current-state processes for core banking deposits, lending workflows, and payment journeys.
• Design target-state processes aligned with regulatory standards.
• Define BRDs, FRDs, BPMN maps, SOPs, service-level agreements, controls, traceability, and acceptance criteria.

Solutioning and Testing

• Partner with business, operations, risk, compliance, and technology stakeholders on functional solutioning and gap analysis.
• Coordinate with platform owners for core banking, lending, loan management, payment switches, and gateways.
• Plan and execute UAT, create edge-case scenarios, manage defect triage, and support production cutover readiness.
• Track process metrics and drive continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma standards.

Risk and Change Support

• Support risk and compliance reviews, internal and external audits, remediation, and operational risk controls.
• Strengthen reconciliation and settlement controls and operational checkpoints.
• Prepare training materials, conduct walkthroughs, and support change adoption for business and operations teams.

Qualifications and Experience
