Innovation Campaign Administration
- Administer innovation campaigns, including calls for ideas, projects, and alliances.
- Control master schedules and timelines for innovation cycles.
- Assess and help resolve timeline, technical, and legal review roadblocks.
- Organize physical and digital infrastructure for demo days, workshops, and selection committee meetings.
Market Intelligence
- Conduct desk research on macro-trends, emerging technologies, competitor moves, and startup ecosystems.
- Prepare qualitative and quantitative market data summaries, one-page briefs, and landscape maps.
- Report global and regional mobility and technology trends to identify risks and pipeline opportunities.
Innovation Communications
- Manage a multi-channel communication strategy for the innovation agenda.
- Draft Innovation Pulse reports for leadership and innovation cohorts.
- Help design and execute innovation town halls, walks, and innovation days.
- Manage the internal innovation portal and maintain engagement.
- Prepare concise messaging for leaders' strategic updates.
Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of innovation frameworks and ecosystems.
- Basic knowledge of market analysis and business models.
- Basic knowledge of branding and marketing communications.
- Knowledge of project management, coordination, and related tools.
- Knowledge of mobility systems, including vehicle technology and ecosystems.
