Competent knowledge in Manufacturing process, Assembly & Testing techniques, Measuring & Testing equipment's, Honing, grinding, shot peening, Torquing, ECM, cleaning, laser technology etc.
Competent knowledge in IE techniques, GD&T, Basic knowledge of SAP (PP module)
Advanced knowledge in Statutory, Organization Regulations, Product liability, Compliance & Risk Management
Advance knowledge of IPN standards and tools (e.g PVA, Triad view). Production monitoring system (MES, MAS, i4.0 solutions), Advance knowledge in Data analytics & Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
Functional Skills
- Competent in the use of AIAG Core tools - PFMEA, Control Plan, WI, Engineering change management
- Competent in Statistical evaluation tools & Advance skill of Problem Solving - Shainin (Apprentice/Journeymen), 8D, 6 sigma
- Competent Skill in troubleshooting in operating key machines & test equipment
- Advance skill in Agile Methodology, Speed week Coach
- Advance skills in using myMeasure (Bosch internal tools)
