Competent knowledge of the manufacturing process and Machine
Competent knowledge in IE techniques, GD&T
Advanced knowledge in Statutory, Organization Regulations, Product liability, Compliance & Risk Management
Advance knowledge in Project management, Production monitoring system ( MES, MAS, i4.0 solutions )
Advance knowledge in Data analytics & Data Visualization (Power BI, Tableau)
Knowledge on Engg drawing, Engineering statistics (Machine & Process Capability), SPC, GD& T, MSA etc
Knowledge on programming depending on specific technologies (CNC programming, Vision programming, Screwer programming, Python, etc)
Knowledge on CNC, basic PLC systems, Hydraulics and Pneumatics
Hands on experience and in-depth knowledge @ level L3+ in minimum 2 related technologies
Knowledge on standard Digital solutions (MES, etc), Digital Competency (Power BI, Tableau, etc) and Emerging technologies (Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence)
Functional skills
- Competent in the use of AIAG Core tools - PFMEA,Control Plan, WI, Engineering change management
- Excellent skills in :- Communication, Leading teams in complex problem solving for Turning & drilling milling Processes
- Competent in Statistical evaluation tools & Problem Solving - Shainin, 8D
- General knowledge of :- IATF16949-QMS, VDA & ISO basic standards, Bosch Mfg guideline standards
- Basic skill in operating key machines & test equipment
- Competent in lean manufacturing techniques (Bosch Production system) Standards - Basics, LBP, LLB, PGL, LLD
- Advance skill in Agile Methodology
- Advance skills in using myMeasure (Bosch internal tools)
