Job Description & Summary
We are looking for a seasoned Performance Testing
Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5 + years of experience in performance testing and engineering.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and various testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Proficiency with at least one major performance testing tool (e.g., Apache JMeter, Micro Focus LoadRunner, Gatling, k6, Locust, NeoLoad).
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Shell scripting) for test automation and data manipulation.
- Solid understanding of system architecture, network protocols (HTTP/S), databases (SQL/NoSQL), and operating systems (Linux, Windows).
- Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).
- Ability to analyze and interpret complex performance data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps) is a plus.
