Job Description & Summary
We are seeking an experienced Java Full-Stack Developer with expertise in React to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of experience in software development and a proven track record of delivering high-quality applications. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that meet our clients' needs.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java and React.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Mandatory skill sets
- 6 to 8 years of professional experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in Java and related frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
- Azure cloud
- Solid experience with front-end development using React.js.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL, NoSQL, and ORM.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Preferred skill sets
- Experience with cloud service providers like Azure, which can be crucial for developing scalable applications.
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes for managing containerized applications in a microservices architecture .
- Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines, including tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Travis CI.
- Proficiency in using testing frameworks for both Java and React, such as JUnit, Mockito, Jest, or Mocha, to ensure robust software quality.
- Familiarity with modern front-end build tools and libraries like Webpack, Babel, and npm /yarn.
- Knowledge of web application security principles and practices to protect against vulnerabilities such as XSS, CSRF, and SQL injection.
- Experience working in Agile development environments, including familiarity with Scrum or Kanban processes.
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles to collaborate effectively with design teams and enhance user experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
