Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with IFRS
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- File quarterly VAT returns and Corporate Tax returns
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including collections
- Process monthly payroll and end of service benefits
- Monitor daily cash position and manage bank accounts
- Implement and maintain internal controls
- Support AML/CFT framework and client onboarding documentation

- Experience in full cycle accounting
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Proficiency in IFRS
- Experience with payroll and WPS
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills

Role Overview
- The In House Accountant will manage full cycle accounting, ensure accurate financial records, timely reporting, and compliance with UAE regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate books of accounts in line with IFRS
- Record day to day financial transactions
- Perform monthly bank, supplier, and customer reconciliations
- Manage general ledger, journal entries, and month end closing
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Produce management reports highlighting financial performance
- Support budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
- Prepare and file quarterly VAT returns
- Prepare and file UAE Corporate Tax returns
- Manage supplier invoices and process payments
- Issue client invoices and monitor collections
Qualifications
- Experience in full cycle accounting
- Knowledge of UAE VAT and Corporate Tax regulations
- Proficiency in IFRS
- Experience with payroll and WPS
- Strong reconciliation and reporting skills
