Caregiver Responsibilities
- As a caregiver / home care aide, you’ll help seniors maintain independence at home:
- Provide assistance with personal care (bathing, dressing, hygiene)
- Offer companionship and social interaction
- Prepare simple meals and assist with light housekeeping
- Help with walking, transfers, and mobility support
- Observe and report any physical or behavioral changes
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance
- Ability to complete required TB screening
- Weekend availability is a plus
- Experience as a caregiver, PCA, HHA, or CNA preferred (not required - we train!)
