SIS Global is hiring an IN BO Engineer to support troubleshooting, configuration, and optimization of Ericsson Intelligent Network platforms in Riyadh. The role requires strong knowledge of Ericsson Charging Systems, Linux, Oracle, and VMware.

Responsibilities
- Perform 2nd Level Restoration and Trouble Ticket handling
- Manage Change Requests and maintenance routines
- Analyze network performance, traffic patterns, and service degradations
- Prepare and implement SW, HW, and configuration changes
- Design and implement tariffs, service classes, and IN configurations
- Investigate disturbances and support network optimization initiatives
- Participate in technical meetings and contribute to operational improvements
Requirements
- Strong knowledge of Ericsson Charging Systems including SDP, CCN, AIR, VS, ECMS, OCC, IVR, and NgCRS
- Experience in IN Business Configuration, Tariff & RMA handling
- Good knowledge of GSM/WCDMA networks
- Strong Linux Administration, Oracle Database, Unix Shell Scripting, and IP Networking skills
- Hands on experience with VMware vSphere, vCenter, ESXi, HA Clustering, and Virtualization Platforms
- Experience with HP C7000, HP 3PAR Storage, SAN Switches, and Virtualized Ericsson Charging Nodes
- Knowledge of SDP Geo Redundancy, SUF Playlists, Switchover & Fallback procedures
- Understanding of Ericsson Core nodes (MSC, GMSC, STP, HLR) and OSS concepts
- Ability to work in shifts and handle critical incidents in a telecom operations environment
