The Import Manager – HVAC Division is a full time, on site role based in Sharjah Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
This role oversees end to end import operations for HVAC and refrigeration products, including coordinating with international suppliers, freight forwarders, and local regulatory authorities.
Day to day responsibilities include managing import documentation, monitoring shipment schedules, tracking ocean freight, and ensuring compliance with customs and trade regulations.
The Import Manager will optimize costs and lead times, resolve shipment issues, and maintain accurate records in line with company policies.
The role also involves collaborating with sales and customer service teams to meet delivery commitments, supporting inventory planning, and maintaining strong relationships with logistics partners.

Strong import focused skills, including experience with Import and Import Export procedures and documentation.
Working knowledge of Export regulations and coordination with international trade partners.
Experience managing ocean freight (Ocean), including booking, tracking, and carrier coordination.
Proven customer service skills in a logistics or supply chain environment, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.
Background in HVAC, refrigeration, or related technical products is highly beneficial.
Knowledge of UAE customs, port operations, and international trade compliance.
Strong organizational and analytical skills, with attention to detail and proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, International Trade, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
Ability to work on site in Sharjah Emirate, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within a cross functional team.
