Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Import Export Coordinator role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role manages daily import and export operations, customs documentation, regulatory compliance, shipment coordination, customer updates, and process improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily import and export operations.
- Prepare, review, and process customs clearance and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, agents, and government authorities to support timely cargo movement.
- Track shipments, resolve issues, maintain records, and update internal systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide shipment status updates.
- Support continuous improvement of procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
