Work Arrangement
- The role is based in the United Arab Emirates and is fully remote.
- The position is part-time with flexible working hours.
Role Overview
Support import and export administration, trade documentation, shipment records, and cross-border coordination.
The role provides exposure to customs documentation, freight coordination, shipping processes, and digital trade platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, verify, organize, and maintain commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates, permits, and shipping records.
- Coordinate shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, carriers, warehouses, and internal teams.
- Monitor shipment status, customs processes, documentation requirements, deadlines, and outstanding activities.
- Update ERP systems, trade platforms, spreadsheets, databases, shipment trackers, and internal systems.
- Maintain organized files and identify discrepancies in trade documents and shipment information.
- Prepare shipment summaries, document checklists, customs status updates, and routine management reports.
Requirements
- A relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred.
