Role Overview
This role is both hands-on and managerial. You'll personally lead complex implementations for our most important customers while hiring, managing, and mentoring a growing implementation team. You'll sit at the intersection of Product, R&D, and Customer Success - turning what you learn in real deployments into roadmap influence, validated features, and measurable value from every release.
You'll also define how onboarding works at Nominal from the ground up: the processes, the success metrics, the tooling that make implementations more repeatable and scalable. The people who join at this stage don't inherit a motion - they build it, and shape what the company becomes.

Help build the way customers go live at a company changing how finance teams work.
Finance teams spend too much time working around complex systems - reconciling data, investigating issues, managing close activities, and building manual processes to fill the gaps.
Nominal is changing that.
