Centiro is seeking an Implementation Specialist to work between customers, code, business needs, and implementation delivery.
The role focuses on the company’s Supply Chain Network Cloud for logistics and e-commerce.
The position is open to Vancouver-area candidates able to work primarily onsite.
The work you will lead
- Configure, deliver, and implement solutions that create results for customers and the organization.
- Translate requirements into scalable solutions and provide value-added customer advice.
- Lead test management to maintain high delivery quality.
- Manage customer projects from start to finish.
- Drive internal improvements to enhance ways of working and outcomes.
- Connect customers, partners, and internal teams in an autonomous, network-driven organization.
Candidate profile
- Experience in a similar role or technology-facing position.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, logistics, supply chain, innovation, or equivalent experience.
- Strong technical aptitude and interest in supply chain management technology and trends.
- Strong collaboration, communication, ownership, project leadership, curiosity, and problem-solving skills.
