Implementation Specialist - UK

The Implementation Specialist is a key position to support CPOMS continued growth and expanding our market leading position by ensuring a successful implementation across all products for our clients. The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for the following:

The implementation of CPOMS, StaffSafe, Engage, VisitorSafe, Raptor Emergency Management, and other related systems as necessary.

Delivering the highest levels of customer satisfaction through project management of implementations, services, and trainings.

Complying with data privacy legislation.

Organised, disciplined, with a flexible independent approach and a strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple high priority projects.

Emotionally intelligent, engaging listener and thoughtful communicator possessing exceptional written and verbal skills.

Strong communicator, personable and collaborative.

Demonstrate maturity and acumen navigating business and professional environments.

Comfortable working independently.

Demonstrated experience in leading business process reviews, design reviews and change management with clients.

Excellent hands-on skills with office productivity tools. Strong desire to learn.

Previous experience of working with/using CPOMS products in educational setting

Must be flexible to work outside core hours for customer training as and when necessary and may include overnight stays

Full, clean driving licence and access to a vehicle

Must be able to attend the office in Skipton 3 days per week.
