Mavenoid is seeking an Implementation Specialist to work with enterprises building AI agents on digital and voice channels. You will implement the product, empower sales, and collaborate with Customer Success and Product teams.

The Role
- As an Implementation Specialist, you'll work with large and small enterprises in the hardware space building AI agents on digital and voice channels.
- You'll work closely with customers to set them up for success.
- This role will be based in Canada (East Coast).
Responsibilities
- Implement Mavenoid for our customers
- Empower the sales team to close more deals
- Collaborate with fellow Customer Success team members and the Product team
- Create and manage documentation
- Teach and empower our customers to use Mavenoid
- Stay up to date with all existing and new product features
Qualifications

- Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines

- Familiarity with AI tools

Desirable
- Teaching / training experience
- Experience working closely with engineers
- Technical proficiency in programming languages (e.g. Python, Javascript)
- Experience with API design, RESTful services, and data formats such as JSON and XML
- Familiarity with CRM, and e commerce systems
Salary
- CAD 65,000 CAD 75,000 a year
