Who we are
Our Implementation Specialist brings a builder mindset to client configurations of our payroll tax product, proactively translating requirements into scalable, accurate solutions.
This role drives successful adoption of our solutions by leading training, defining client requirements with clarity, executing configurations, validating outcomes through testing, and taking ownership of implementation results from kickoff through stabilization.
This is an on-site position and can be based from Nashville, TN or Virginia Beach, VA.
How you will contribute: Our Implementation Specialist brings a builder mindset to client configurations of our payroll tax product, proactively translating requirements into scalable, accurate solutions.
This role drives successful adoption of our solutions by leading training, defining client requirements with clarity, executing configurations, validating outcomes through testing, and taking ownership of implementation results from kickoff through stabilization.
Major Duties And Responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end client implementations, applying deep product expertise to build accurate configurations and deliver successful outcomes.
- Delivers group presentations and training sessions that enable clients to confidently use and maintain Asure Software.
- Owns all stages of software implementation projects with clear accountability for scope, quality, and timelines: Discovery: identify client business requirements Configure: our Asure tax solution based on the client requirements Deliver: training on the Asure tax configured solution Deploy: successfully complete implementations Support: clients for the first 2 successful payrolls
