Versaterm is a high-growth SaaS company building an integrated platform for public safety agencies across dispatch, law enforcement, forensics, courts, and related functions.
The company develops software and AI-enabled capabilities for workflows used by public safety customers.
The Role
The Implementation Specialist leads complex client implementations of Versaterm public safety software solutions with substantial independence.
The role owns full-cycle deployments, mentors junior team members, advises clients, and contributes to moderately complex project workstreams.
The role is being recruited to fill an existing vacancy.
What You Do
- Lead end-to-end product implementations, including scoping, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- Assess client use cases and business requirements to develop tailored configurations and delivery strategies.
- Manage implementation plans and deliver projects on time, within scope, and to client satisfaction.
- Facilitate client meetings and training sessions, explaining complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Identify and resolve technical issues with product and support teams.
