Role Overview
The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing and onboarding groups through an efficient and seamless transition.
The role serves as a primary contact for advisors and clients and coordinates implementation work before transition to Account Management.
Responsibilities
- Complete group setup, including billing, payment, and benefit packages, before the go-live date.
- Manage transition projects, resolve issues, and monitor groups during the first month for administration or claim problems.
- Perform system coding and data quality checks using validation and reports.
- Escalate rate discrepancies and track their resolution.
- Complete member welcome packages and Plan Administrator kits.
- Provide client service, build relationships, and conduct consultations on the product suite.
- Coordinate clients and internal teams to deliver solutions and maintain satisfaction.
- Conduct plan administrator training and coordinate transition to the service team.
