Job Overview
Zaggle is expanding its Zoyer Procure-to-Pay platform and seeks an Implementation Project Manager for enterprise customer implementations, integrations, and onboarding.
This techno-functional, customer-facing role covers project management, implementation consulting, business process analysis, and solution integration from kickoff through go-live and transition.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end implementation projects against statements of work, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Gather requirements, analyze process gaps, and translate customer needs into solution designs.
- Prepare functional specifications, process flows, project plans, and implementation documentation.
- Configure SaaS and enterprise applications and coordinate integrations, APIs, data flows, and dependencies.
- Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Technology, customers, and internal teams on delivery.
- Lead demonstrations, workshops, training, UAT, sign-offs, go-live, and Customer Success handover.
- Manage risks, issues, escalations, stakeholder communication, and multiple concurrent projects.
- Improve implementation processes, documentation, best practices, and reusable frameworks.
