About the Role
The Implementation Manager will lead complex, high-priority client implementations and conversions from the Mississauga, Ontario office.
The role collaborates with product, engineering, sales, and vendor teams to deliver custom technical solutions.

What You’ll Do
- Manage client implementations, projects, and conversions for large or technically complex custom implementations.
- Drive complex, high-priority implementations and program component phases while coordinating technical and business resources.
- Develop and execute project plans, task schedules, and resource activities for on-time, high-quality delivery.
- Identify process and technical improvements that streamline procedures, enhance revenue, and improve product efficiency.
- Interface with Fiserv departments and communicate appropriate services and products to clients, sales teams, and vendors.
