As a part of this stimulating role, you will take charge of all implementation services, encapsulating a broad spectrum of responsibilities.
These include defining and managing the project scope, overseeing time and resource planning, and ensuring effective reporting.
You will be instrumental in offering support for Commercial engagements and ensuring steadfast observance to group directives, legal and financial standards, and global and local Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety norms.
Your expertise will extend to safeguarding data privacy and security and ensuring compliance with approved processes and tools.
The implementation Management forms the backbone of our operations, driving change and delivering value.
Define scope and manage workforce to ensure first-time-right performance.
Oversee the financial performance for roll-out phases in line with budgetary stipulations.
Drive change management initiatives and identify improvement opportunities through continuous measurement.
Uphold adherence to processes, regulations, and tools, taking corrective action as necessary.
Set up and oversee acceptance procedures with customers and suppliers to ensure timely reciprocation.
Monitor the invoicing life cycle in the implementation phase to secure optimal financial performance.
Report on progress and deviations, providing inputs to workforce and cost management.
Assure the quality of implementation work and adherence to Ericsson and customer directives and standards.
