Own customer experience from project kickoff through launch by educating customers and advising them on Rippling products.
Manage EOR implementations from hiring a customer’s first EOR employee through the first EOR payroll.
The role also includes independent projects that support product and client experience improvements.
Work Schedule
- The role requires working the PST shift from 8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST.
What You Will Do
- Serve as the Rippling expert throughout EOR implementations, including country requirements, timelines, urgencies, and hiring practices.
