Role Details
- The role is based in Bengaluru, India, and is in-office.
- Working hours are 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM IST, aligned with US Pacific time.
- The role is full-time and part of the Post-Sales and Customer Success function.
What You’ll Own
- Own end-to-end implementation of new customers from handoff to launch.
- Work directly with customers to understand their business, goals, workflows, and requirements.
