Job Summary
The Professional Services team delivers configurable, scalable solutions to state and local governments using Government App Builder.
The role designs, configures, and enhances customer-specific applications using platform capabilities, data modeling, workflow automation, and limited scripting.
The work combines business application configuration with direct partnership across implementation teams and customers.
Application Configuration and Solution Design
- Translate business requirements into scalable application designs within Government App Builder.
- Configure entities, forms, fields, validations, permissions, dashboards, and reports.
- Participate in validation sessions and backlog refinement.
Data, Workflow, and Scripting
- Design data models with entity relationships, normalization, denormalization trade-offs, and referential integrity.
- Support data migrations and troubleshoot data inconsistencies.
- Configure approval workflows, routing logic, triggers, assignments, notifications, and status transitions.
- Implement conditional logic and limited JavaScript for validations, calculations, routing, and transformations.
