What You Will Do

Identify client core service requirements on assigned implementation projects.
Build and script core services to meet client requirements and established project deadlines.
Use scripts and other technical builds to implement process and efficiency improvements.
Provide technical recommendations and demonstrations to clients and internal teams.
Coordinate with engineering and other technical teams during implementations.
Coach others and improve product knowledge, technical acumen, and technical sales skills.
Implement process improvements within technical and implementation teams.

Core Qualifications

BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
At least two years of experience in an implementation engineering role.
Proficient analytical, problem-solving, and basic leadership skills.
Ability to interpret customer business needs and translate them into technology.
Effective communication and collaboration across internal and external teams.
