Role Overview
BlueOptima is seeking a proactive, technically minded Implementation Engineer to onboard new clients and support business-as-usual clients.
This client-facing role combines onboarding, technical troubleshooting, data quality management, and customer enablement in Bangalore, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new-client onboarding, including project planning, setup, and technical implementation.
- Support BlueOptima platform installation and configuration.
- Provide Tier 1 support for integrations, access, configuration, and common data errors.
- Monitor client data health and resolve data collection or integration issues.
- Improve onboarding consistency, speed, and system adoption.
- Train client-side administrators on independent platform operations.
- Work with Engineering and Product on feature rollouts and client feedback.
Qualifications
- At least 4 years of experience in a technical client-facing role.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time-management, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects or clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, SQL, and Bash scripting skills.
- Exposure to technical support processes or client success operations.
