Role Overview
Microsys is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Implementation Consultant for its Business Solutions team.
The role delivers Sage Intacct and Sage 300 solutions using accounting knowledge, ERP implementation experience, analytical thinking, and customer-facing skills.
Workplace
- This is an in-office position working daily from the company's Stouffville, Ontario office.
Implementation Delivery
- Implement and configure Sage Intacct and Sage 300 solutions.
- Lead customer discovery and business requirements gathering.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend practical solutions.
- Configure accounting, purchasing, order entry, inventory, reporting, and related ERP modules.
- Design reports, dashboards, dimensions, workflows, and approval processes.
Data, Testing, and Support
- Assist with data migration, validation, opening balances, and system conversions.
- Plan and support third-party system integrations.
- Prepare test scenarios and coordinate User Acceptance Testing.
