Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with prospective clients through phone, email, WhatsApp, and in person meetings
- Understand clients' immigration goals and recommend suitable visa or immigration programs
- Explain immigration procedures, eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, costs, and timelines
- Convert inquiries into sales by providing professional consultation and excellent customer service
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities in the CRM system
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team to ensure smooth case handling
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and provide regular updates
- Build long term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business
- Stay informed about changes in immigration policies and visa regulations
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in immigration, education, travel, or visa consultancy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Customer focused with a consultative sales approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
