Role Description
The Immigration Consultant role is a full-time, on-siteand sales target position based in UAE.
The consultant will advise clients on suitable immigration pathways, including PR, work, and study options, and explain eligibility criteria and procedural requirements.
Daily tasks include conducting detailed profile assessments, preparing and reviewing documentation, completing application forms, and managing submissions within specified timelines.
The role involves monitoring regulatory updates, maintaining accurate case records, and following up with clients to ensure smooth case progression.
The consultant will collaborate with internal team members to uphold compliance standards and deliver a professional, client-centered experience.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Immigration Issues and Global Immigration processes relevant to PR pathways.
- Experience working with Visas, including application procedures, documentation requirements, and compliance checks.
- Understanding of Law related to immigration, residency, and work authorization, with the ability to interpret policy updates.
- Consulting skills, including client assessment, advisory communication, and creating tailored migration strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; fluency in Hindi or other languages is an advantage.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines simultaneously.
- Prior experience in immigration consulting, legal services, or international education advisory is beneficial.
- Experiene or basic knowledge of social media platforms
