- Verify accuracy of client provided information and prepare/audit all legal documents
- Oversee timely submission of visa/immigration paperwork, adhering to government deadlines
- Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions
- Assist clients in completing forms, ensuring error free and on time submissions
- Authenticate supporting documents (e.g., passports, financial records, employment letters)
- Prepare service invoices and manage billing processes
- Address client inquiries professionally (in person, phone, email)
- Meet performance targets (e.g., case completion rates, client satisfaction)
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- Min 1 Year Experience
- Strong organisational skills with high attention to details
- Fluency in English
- Prior internships or academic exposure to immigration law is a plus

Requirements
- Bachelors Degree
- Freshers welcome! Prior internships or academic exposure to immigration law is a plus
- Min 1 Year Experience
- Strong organisational skills with a high attention to details
- Fluency in English additional languages (e.g. tagalog, sinhala) a Plus
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling corporate immigration (work permits, compliance)
- Ability to explain legal terms in simple, client friendly language
Pay
- AED 3,000.00 AED 6,000.00 per month
